Delivery
We start sewing immediately after placing the order. Takes 1-4 working days.
The order is sent on the day the products are ready.
Why so?
We support the values of smart consumption and environmental protection and have a minimal inventory. This helps to avoid overproduction, production of products that may remain unused, and conserves natural resources.
Certificates
Certificates are sent daily on the day the order is placed. If the order was placed after 16:00 or on a weekend, the shipment will be made on the next working day.
Delivery across Ukraine
It takes place exclusively by Nova Poshta to a branch or a post machine. The delivery time is 1-2 days, and the customer pays for the logistics at the carrier's rates.
Worldwide delivery
- Carried out by Ukrposhta all over the world.
- By new mail to neighboring countries in which the carrier operates.
The delivery payment is made in advance immediately after placing the order.
After shipment, the buyer receives a tracking number and can conveniently track the parcel.
Upon arrival in the country of destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the country of destination. The recipient bears additional costs for customs clearance, in turn, we do not control such costs and cannot predict what they may be. Payment
Payment is made through the Fondy service with Visa, Mastercard, and other cards.
Exchange and return policy
Clothes (skirts, t-shirts, shorts, tops and long sleeves) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the moment of placing the order, provided that they are in good condition.
Non-refundable subject:
- All names of briefs, swimsuits, and bodysuits are prohibited by the legislation.
- Clothes with signs of wear (smell, stains, damage, etc.), alteration or washing, and goods with a violation of the original packaging (without labels, protective stickers, etc.).
- Gift certificates are non-refundable. If the amount of selected goods is less than the face value of the card, the difference is not paid but remains on the client's balance.
The final decision on the exchange or return is made by the consultant after receiving the product and assessing its condition. In case of non-compliance, it will be sent to the buyer at the return address. The cost of sending the goods falls on the buyer.
Please note: the buyer is responsible for the returned product until the product arrives at our warehouse. Pack the product securely to avoid possible damage in transit. If these rules are not followed, we will not be able to accept your item for exchange or return.
